How can I check the status of my order?
Once we fulfill your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You should be able to access the order status from the shipping company's website.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes! If the product has not been opened, you are free to exchange for another one and the difference will be applied.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For orders of 50€+, we offer free shipping within the European Union. We hope to add more countries in the future as we grow :)
Which countries we deliver to?
We deliver to all 27 countries within the European Union.
If you're outside the EU, we do offer international shipping. But you will be in charge of paying import duties. Currently, we don't calculate these at checkout but there are tools online that can help you estimate these. You can review "Shipments sent DDU".
If you are in the Dominican Republic, please visit our local store for localized prices and shipping.
If you are in the United States, please visit our US store for better shipping options.
What if I accidentally put in the wrong address?
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at time of order.
If the order has not yet been fulfilled, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request.
If the order has already been shipped, Agua de Cielo will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, and American Express. We'll be gradually adding more localized options as we grow.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes! You can choose to pay with Shopify Pay Installments and Clearpay with interest-free options.

Yes, we only use organic formulas to create our products.
